A searing entry in Paul Ngozis deep Zamrock catalog, 99% Confusion captures the late-’70s shift in his sound toward raw, proto-punk energy while retaining the fuzz-drenched psychedelia and garage rock grit that defined the Zamrock movement. Backed by powerhouse drummer Chrissy Zebby Tembo, Ngozi channels blistering guitar work, heavy rhythms, and politically-charged themes into a record that feels urgent and unfiltered.

This definitive reissue from Now-Again Records includes an oversized 8-page booklet featuring rare photos, liner notes, and a full discography chronicling Ngozis arc as one of Zambias most vital and fearless voices.

Part of Now-Agains 15-year Zamrock reissue campaign, 99% Confusion follows acclaimed releases like The Ghetto, Day of Judgement, and 45,000 Voltscelebrating one of African rocks most uncompromising pioneers.
